
This is our “Logistics Presentation” where we talk about our first initial ideas to where and what the room will look like.

This part of the presentation is a list of equipment we are thinking about using some of these pieces of equipment won’t be secure ideas.

We then spoke about the “Venue and Employees” and our mainly explaining rooms, staff and controllers.

Finally for the most important part, we asked for the audience’s “Feedback” we were given feedback such as to search for cheap controllers and to find the average amount of people that are actually going to arrive to the event.
